A plan with lifetime insurance protection and hospitalization benefits providing daily cash for hospital and ICU stays. You are rewarded with a cash bonus if no benefit claim is made by age 65.

Eligibility and Payment Terms
- 18 to 60 years old
- 5 or 10 years to pay
Benefits
- Lifetime insurance coverage.
- Daily Hospital Cash Benefit equivalent to 0.50% of Face Amount for each day of confinement for up to 90 days per year.
- Daily ICU Cash Benefit equivalent to 0.50% of Face Amount for each day of confinement in an intensive care unit for up to 90 days per year.
- Cash Bonus Benefit equivalent to 20% of the Face Amount at age 65 if no hospitalization claim is made.
- *REMINDER: No benefits shall be provided for any loss resulting directly or indirectly from any Pre-Existing Condition within the Look-Back Period* and within 1 year from the policy's effective date. If for any reason the Insured is not satisfied or disagrees with its terms and conditions, it may be returned to the company within 15 days from receipt.
